Till The End

The End curtain, @vignetteswithmeaghan.blogspot.com

Habakkuk 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Behold the proud, his soul is not upright in him; but the just shall live by his faith.

Jesus promised each generation of Believers since Adam that He would never leave nor forsake them. Jesus has been faithful. He has not left the side of those who Believe in Him and in the power of His name. It takes faith to know that God will be with you till the end. Till the end of what, you ask? Till the end of the age, till the end of the world, till the end of the devil's reign on the earth; till the end of what you are believing Him to perform in your life. Till the end of your days on earth, too.

God is not a man that He should indulge in lies, saying one thing yet doing nothing. If God has said He will do something, you can rest assured it will come to pass! Thing is, we are impatient, easy prey to fear and doubt and therefore we do not endure till the end. By till the end I mean being patient until you see God's promise manifested in your life.

A Procreative Mind

1 Peter 1:13-14 (KJV) Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance.

Girding up the loins of your mind is tightening up or disciplining the mind, taking control of every thought you think by taking each negative thought captive to the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is also training yourself to tap into the procreative power of your mind! As the loins are symbolic of the ability to bring forth new life, so your mind has the ability to:

1. Create a new and fresh vision for your life.

2. Your mind has the awesome ability to choose what it will think: what you will refuse and what you will allow in.

3. The mind is also capable of conceiving thoughts that will lift you up to heights not conceived before in the pursuit of God's will for your life through putting your faith in God, and by having a made-up mind to reach ever forward to the goal of God's best for your life. What you choose to think will determine your levels of happiness, inner peace, success, victory and bright hope for tomorrow available to you through our Lord Jesus Christ.

4. Your mind can be transformed to see life from Jesus' perspective; to manifest the mind of Christ in you by faith so that you may bring forth fruits of holiness meet for the Father's use.

Your Way Isn't Always The Right Way

Proverbs 14:12 There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.

Being led by the Spirit of God, The Helper, is vital if we want to remain steadfast till the end. We need to stay in-sync with Holy Spirit who will always guide us into all truth. Determine that you will pray first about everything before making a decision or a move. Some things seem right to us, but have the potential of leading us into places we do not want to be. Best thing is to ask God for wisdom first.

James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

You Have The Ability To Endure Till The End

James 5:11 Behold, we count them happy which endure. You have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

We so admire Job's endurance through the toughest time of his life, but when hardships, challenges, unexpected obstacles and unforeseen delays come our way, we have a tendency to fall apart wishing we had faith like Job to endure what we are going through.

We do have faith like Job to overcome. The same Spirit that gave him comfort, mercy and strength in his darkest hour is extremely compassionate towards us, wants to see us succeed and get ahead in life, is with us to give us light, to comfort us and to give us the strength to push through till the end. Don't ever underestimate what you can do through Christ Jesus who strengthens you.

Give God The First and The Last Place In Your Situation

Revelation 22:13 I Am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.

There is a need for us to remind ourselves as we negotiate the challenges in life that Jesus has our breakthrough, our way of escape and our hope ready for us, and that He is continually leading us in the direction of victory, success and deliverance. We need to keep the vision before us, what we want to see come to pass according to God's will, reminding ourselves that He is with us at the beginning of our problem and that He will remain with us till the end of it. We need to declare to the spirit realm, and to our hearts, that Jesus, the First and the Last, saw my problem before I did, has my problem and me in the palm of His hand, that He is busy bringing the solution to my problem even now, and that He will be with me till the end!

You Will Receive What You Are Believing For

Proverbs 23:18 For surely there is an end; and your expectation shall not be cut off.

If you keep your expectation and your trust in Jesus, and not in your own efforts or abilities, then your expectation will not be cut off! According to Jesus, you will receive what you are believing for if you do not stop believing!

Mark 11:24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

God will lead you to your victory and celebrate your achievements with you at the end because He loves you and cares deeply about you.

1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Keep hope alive till the end.

Do not give in to fear and doubt.

Cast all your cares on God.

Do not let go of what you are believing for so easily.

God knows how to get His blessings to you. You just need to have faith, to train your mind to hold fast till the end.

Matthew 28:20b And lo, I Am with you always, even to the end of the age. ~ Jesus.
