Vignettes Sounds In The Night Psalm 139:11-12 If I say, “Surely the darkness shall fall on me,” Even the night shall be light about me; Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You; but the night shines as the day; The darkness and the light are both alike to You. Ever heard sounds in the night ? Or have you ever been woken up by terrified-of-the-night children? Those sounds in the night are scary especially as to what your imagination can come up with. The Psalmist says that the darkness cannot hide from God ; that, to God, the night shines as the day . Both darkness and light are the same to God . In other words, what scares you, those sounds in the night, do not terrify God at all. He can see what is causing those sounds, and if you trust In Him and listen in your spirit, He will show you what to do.
